With full support from your instructors, in an atmosphere of encouragement and friendly competition with other course members, our 5 day boot camps are designed to help you achieve your personal best

If losing weight is your aim you can achieve this whilst enjoying the unique beauty of the Isle of Skye. Participating in various activities throughout the week and enjoying a delicious menu set by our nutrition experts that you will be surprised is calorie controlled. Further details on a sample day can be seen below.

It is not over when you leave, we offer one month’s support and a personal fitness and exercise regime for all participants. Our aim is to ensure Be Your Best Boot camp is not only a quick fix but a life changing experience.

The total cost for a 5 day Bootcamp is £950, which includes accommodation, food, transport (excluding transfers) and all equipment for activities.

Start trek to Sgurr na Stri- don't forget your camera as the scenery is breathtaking. Alternative routes - Hike/walk - Fingal's Pinnacles or Storr to Portree Coast.

Other activities can include river crossing, boxing, abseiling, raft building, aerobics, circuits, yoga, obstacle course and water activities such as canoeing and canyoning.

Thank you to Fiona for a great week. I am not quite at my six pack yet but as you promised I got rid of my beer gut and feel like a new man. I have set myself the target of doing the half marathon next year to keep me focussed. I have only been home a week and missing the scenery and even you ladies giving me orders- which is odd!! My muscles have just about recovered and I am still amazed I lost 8lb in 5days. I am also missing the delicious meals but am trying to get more adventurous in the kitchen in the healthy way you taught us. To any Gent thinking of doing this Bootcamp I would thoroughly recommend it. I discovered things about myself I will never forget and did things I never thought I would be able to achieve. It's funny how you forget the bad bits- like that freezing cold River cross. It was all worth it. Thanks again.
