Be Your Best Boot Camp runs standard boot camp at Charleston Academy (see below)and complete beginners boot camp at Culloden.

Be Your Best offers non-residential standard four-week boot camps in Inverness for anyone in the area looking to improve their fitness and/or lose weight. The camps are running continuously ...now!! You can join anytime and do not need to start at the beginning of each block. So if you have missed the start date it does not matter..the sooner you begin, the sooner you will get results.

All camps are mixed sex and run at various times throughout the day for one hour sessions. All fitness levels are welcome and all sessions are held outdoors, meeting at Charleston Academy Campus. Participants should bring water with them and we recommend wearing gloves in the winter season.
The sessions are made up of cv exercises and toning exercises from jogging up steps and boxing to press ups and tricep dips on the nearest wall. All sessions are varied and great fun. Expect to work in groups, pairs and individually in any one session and to have a great time whilst getting fit, losing weight and toning up.
Sessions times are 7am, 6pm and 7pm Mon and Tuesday and 7am and 6pm on Wed and Thur. and particpants can attend any number of sessions they wish a week from a minimum of 2 a week to 10a week for the four week block at a cost of just £50.

It is essential all participants fill out a booking form and health questionnaire prior to attending the boot camp. Please e mail us to request our booking form.
Payment can be made on line or by bringing payment to the first session they attend. All participants must pay up front for each block they wish to attend.
Abdominal Classes
Be Your best Boot Camp now offers 2 Abdominal classes a week open to anyone wishing to firm up their mid section! Get yourself fab abs in only 2 half hour sessions a week! Classes are held indoors at Inverness Youth Hostel, Victoria Drive. These classes run on a Monday and Wednesday at 8.15pm-8.45pm. Classes cost £2 for boot campers and £3 for others. All non residential boot camps are run in one hour blocks made up of 60%cardio and 40% toning exercises. Each session is varied and we use different locations around the Charleston area. You may be involved in team games, circuits, boxing, doing press ups on a wall, sit ups at the play park and scrambling up grass slopes.
