Pre-Season
So your season kicks off shortly and you have not started your team training sessions or perhaps you have but are unsure how to focus on a structured pre season training schedule.
Here at Be Your Best Boot camp we have tailored a pre season training boot camp focussed on all the key elements essential in team sports and personal elements that should be in your training program. Our Pre Season training boot camps are specifically tailored to improve team(s) agility, speed, co-ordination, strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility and team spirit.
Our course is inclusive of high quality accommodation, calorie controlled meals full of exciting ingredients and local produce and all activities and training. A typical day consists of a minimum of 7 hours of activities all carefully selected to ensure every muscle group and element of fitness training are covered. Fitness testing and body statistics will be taken on arrival and departure and all results monitored.
