Results Results

At the beginning of each course all participants are weighed and their measurements are taken.  This is then done on their departure day and the results monitored. 

Statistics taken are body fat, weight, metabolism, metabolic age, bone mass, muscle mass and also measurements such as chest, waist, hips, thigh and arm so that all participants can see exactly what specific areas they have improved on. 

It is always so rewarding to see the results at the end of each boot camp and everyone gains improvements particularly in their fitness levels and stamina.

The highest weight loss to date is 10lb and 16inches from one individual and the least we have had is a loss of 3lb and 4 inches.

Individual results are dependant on the individual, their current size and how much effort they put in to our courses.  The more effort you put in, the greater results you will gain.

As we also offer on line support and a personal healthy eating and exercise program everyone leaves our camp with the tools they need to continue their new, healthier lifestyle and to keep it up.
